• The wig is unused, unworn, and uninstalled
• Lace is intact and has not been cut, tinted, or altered
• No bleaching, dyeing, styling, or chemical processing has been done
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Customized or made-to-order wigs
• Flash sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Wigs that have been worn, installed, or damaged
• Items returned after the 7-day return period
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
• Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is from Lynx Hair
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Lynx Hair within 48 hours of delivery.
You will be required to provide:

• Clear photos or video evidence of the issue
